Mr. Prashant Tiwari is an engineering graduate. In order to fulfill his desire to uplift the lifestyle of common Indian, Mr. Prashant Tiwari joined the Ghaziabad Development Authority in the year 1986 as an Civil Engineer.

Mr. Prashant Tiwari's charismatic personality has always kept him distinguished in a crowd. While at this position he left no stone unturned towards ensuring that only the best plans come through and no compromise is made towards the designs and quality of the buildings. Several modern day residential complexes in Ghaziabad owe their existence to Mr. Prashant Tiwari. To name a few, HIG flats in Shastri Nagar, HIG flats in Pratap Vihar, MIG flats in Indirapuram, Shopping Complex in Shastri Nagar etc.

In the year 2002 Mr. Prashant Tiwari while approving the Shalimar and Vaishali projects made sure that all the modern day amenities are offered to the customers. He also worked the Enforcement section of GDA in the year 2003 and brought laurels to the GDA by his efficient and honest way of functioning.

Mr. Prashant Tiwari has held several important and high pressure appointments while he was looking after the Ghaziabad Development Authority. He was the one who was entrusted the responsibility for developing and sanctioning the Plan according to GDA. While at this position, he was responsible for sanctioning the building plans of builders and developers in the region.
